CEPI aims to continue to develop as a strong European representative voice that will contribute to structuring and directing the development of real estate markets and services.

Each Project Developed By CEPI

1. Takes advantage of existing skills within one or more member associations;

2. Offers specific and added value to its network of member associations;

3. Provokes debate between the relevant parties within the real estate sector.

To achieve these objectives, CEPI will progressively set up five detailed work strategies:

Through dialogue both European and national authorities in order to simplify real estate transactions, facilitate cross-border transactions and guarantee them enhanced legal security.

Education amongst future real estate professionals, as well as the ongoing education of professionals by means of a common European education platform.

By increasing internal and external communication by means of developing publications, taking an active part in international real estate events and a wider and systematic use of the "MMCEPI QUALITY LABEL.

By setting up research projects related to real estate markets and services in order to complete the information available and to keep the debate between the stakeholders alive.

By developing services of direct interest to our many affiliated professionals: an information portal on legislation and market data, a properties portal, practical guides for professionals.
